David Foran began his law practice in 1993 focusing on the specialized and rapidly evolving field of San Francisco landlord tenant and real estate law.
The late Joseph Sacramento and David Foran started practicing together five years later.
Upon the passing of Joseph Sacramento, the practice continued to thrive and grow under the leadership of David Foran.
Today, the law office is headed by David Foran along with the assistance of his brother Thomas Foran.

David Foran studied History at University of California Santa Cruz and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings Law School in 1991. In his free time, David enjoys whipping up delicious feasts for his extended family and exploring the many unique San Francisco neighborhoods.

Thomas Foran studied Environmental Geography at University of California Santa Barbara and earned his Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law in 1995. In his free time, Tom enjoys the outdoors, traveling throughout California diving, fishing and camping.
